Energy Work

The Dream Awake Soul Experience is a fully restorative session that takes your inner workings to a new level and helps you reclaim your soul power. We use special techniques that focus on the meridian points of the body as well as the Chakra centers. These help restore and balance the body relieving symptoms like insomnia, irritability, stress, depression and anxiety as well as emotional releases. Using our natural therapeutic healing system, the body will promote natural healing and walk in a higher light or Dream Awake.

Included in this session is reiki energy medicine, sound bath, card readings, guided meditation, and eft tapping.

Reconnect with your inner child through this energetic exercise. This service allows you to revisit your childhood and includes cord cutting (if necessary) + soul channeling. Your certified provider will guide you through a healing service to transform your present and future through revisiting your childhood. This service comes with a 7 day reflection process with check ins with your provider. These small daily practices will welcome back your inner child and illuminate your life.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. A sound bath may include a guided meditation from your sound bowl practitioner.
